President's Message

Greetings Sorors and Friends!

Welcome to the website of the Award-Winning Pomona Valley Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

My name is Tommi Morgan, and it is both an honor and a privilege to serve as President of this extraordinary chapter—one with a proud legacy of Sisterhood, Scholarship, Service, and Social Action throughout the Pomona Valley community.

For nearly five decades, the Pomona Valley Alumnae Chapter has remained steadfast in advancing the mission and purpose of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated through our Sorority’s Five-Point Programmatic Thrust:

● Economic Development

● Educational Development

● International Awareness and Involvement

● Physical and Mental Health

● Political Awareness and Involvement

Through these programmatic initiatives, we are dedicated to addressing the needs of the communities we serve by developing meaningful programs, promoting educational opportunities, advocating for positive change, and empowering individuals and families.

As we continue this important work, our 2026–2028 biennium is guided by the theme:

Leading with Heart. Rooted in Purpose. Rising in Sisterhood.

This theme reflects our commitment to lead with compassion, remain firmly rooted in the mission and values of our beloved Sorority, and strengthen the bonds of Sisterhood that empower us to serve with excellence and purpose.

Whether you are a member of our chapter, a community partner, a prospective collaborator, or simply visiting to learn more about who we are, I invite you to explore our website and discover the programs, events, and service initiatives of the Pomona Valley Alumnae Chapter.

In Sisterhood and Service,

Tommi Morgan

President
